A. General rules

Simple rules that apply to every Burnaby Casino offer.

These rules cover all bonuses, free spins, Golden Chips, Promotions, Burnaby Rewards and VIP offers. Every offer also shows its specific details in your account, and where those details conflict with this page, they take priority. Bonus funds sit apart from your cash balance. Your deposited money is never subject to wagering and can be withdrawn whenever you like. In some provinces, advertising rules mean offers appear only after you log in.

B. Maximum conversion

Certain offers place a cap on withdrawable cash won through bonus play.

When an offer limits how much can be converted into withdrawable cash, the limit appears in the offer details. For example, the 50 free spins sign-up offer has a maximum cashout of C$100. After the wagering requirement is met, anything above the limit is deducted from your balance.

C. Bonus abuse and voiding

Offers are for genuine play, not for gaming the system.

We can cancel a bonus and the winnings made with it where we find:

Claiming the same offer through more than one account.
Shared or third-party payment methods used to claim extra offers.
Betting patterns meant to clear wagering without any real risk, for example backing both possible results of one bet.
Stakes above the permitted cap, or play on excluded games, with bonus funds.
Any breach of our Account Terms.

D. Wagering and how each game counts

Bonus funds need to be played through 50 times before they turn into cash.

The welcome packages carry 50x wagering on bonus funds. Different games count towards that total at different rates:

Table games count 8% of each stake.
Around 50 slots are excluded from bonus play entirely; the offer details identify them.
The contribution of other game types is listed in the details of each offer.

The 50 sign-up free spins carry a 5x wagering requirement on winnings. Real-money deposits have no wagering.

E. Opting in

You choose which offers you take.

Bonuses are never added without your say. Select the offer in the cashier or on the Promotions page before you deposit, or activate it in your account where that is how the offer works. Read the offer details first so you know the wagering, the stake cap and the expiry. You can decline any bonus and play with cash only.

F. Who can take part

Verified adult players in Canada, one welcome offer per person.

Offers are available to players aged 19 or over who live in a part of Canada where local law permits online casino play and who have completed our identity checks. Each person, household and payment method can claim the welcome package once. No offers apply during self-exclusion or a cooling-off break. VIP benefits are invitation only.

G. Stake cap on bonus play

A limit on stake size applies whenever bonus funds are in play.

Each bonus has a maximum stake per spin, hand or round that applies while its wagering is in progress. You can find that limit in your account, within the offer details. Staking more than this may result in removal of the bonus together with its winnings.

H. Expiry

Every offer has a clear end date.

The offer details show how long you have to use free spins, Golden Chips and bonus funds, and to complete wagering. Once that period ends, unused spins and chips and any unconverted bonus balance are removed, while your cash balance remains untouched.

I. The current welcome offer

Registration also unlocks 50 free spins. Any winnings from them need to be wagered 5x, and withdrawals from these winnings are capped at C$100.

J. One bonus active at once

Finish or forfeit one bonus before taking the next.

You can have just one active bonus at a time. Any other offers you claim are queued until the current bonus is completed, expires or is forfeited. Forfeit a bonus whenever you like from your account. This removes the bonus balance and any winnings from it, and your cash balance is unchanged.

K. Changes

Offers can change, but not after you have claimed them.

We may change or withdraw any offer, or amend these rules, for instance when the law or our payment partners require it. A bonus you opted in to before a change remains under the conditions in force when you opted in. Updated rules appear on this page alongside the date they take effect.
